How do I redeem my points?
Once you’re done shopping head to your Cart page where all the products you’re going to be buying are listed. At the top of that page you will see how many points you have along with their value in Rands. If you would like to use your points click on “Apply Points”
Please note that points cannot be exchanged for cash.
How can I check my reward points?
It’s simple, all you have to do is go to your profile and click “My Points”. On that page you will be able to see your available point balance to spend along with information on how you earned them and how you’ve spent them.
What is the expiration period for my reward points?
All your points are valid for 2 years
