1. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over R400 and R70 for orders under R400.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the order date.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in South Africa.
4. How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an email from Haircosmetics to confirm your order and your tracking number. If we need any further information to complete your order we will be in touch by email, phone, or text. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
5. Is there someone to assist me in choosing the right product?
We have staff in-store 7 days a week that can assist you when purchasing a product or navigating the right product for your hair. Whatsapp 010 226 9081 and we will get back to you with any questions.
6. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password click on the forgot password link when logging in. Your new password will be emailed to you. You can then change this password after you have logged in to the My Account section.
8. How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the user icon button at the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be asked to provide your contact information and choose a password.
9. Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
10. I have a problem with the website, what do I do?

11. I want to return my order, how do I go about this?
You can return an unopened and unused product within 7 days unopened and you will receive a refund or product. Anything after 7 days or if anything has been opened or used will not be refunded. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to log a collection.
