Your Trade-Up Claim Form
How to trade up.
Step 1.
Buy Your New Chronos Purchase a ghd Chronos Classic or Chronos Max in black. Pay full price at checkout. Your R1,500 refund comes back to you once your trade-in is collected and verified.
Step 2.
Check Your Inbox After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a unique link to your Trade-Up claim form. Fill it in completely: your name, contact number, collection address, the model and date code of the ghd you’re returning, and your banking details for the EFT.
Step 3.
We Come To You We’ll arrange collection of your old ghd straightener from the address you provided in your claim form. Allow 2 to 4 working days from when your claim is confirmed. Your trade-in must be a genuine ghd with its cord and plug intact.
Step 4.
We Verify It Once collected, our team checks that your trade-in is a genuine ghd product. Verification takes 1 to 2 working days. If anything doesn’t check out, we’ll let you know and return the device to you at no charge.
Step 5.
R1,500 Lands In Your Account Once verified, your refund is processed via EFT through Standard Bank. Allow up to 7 working days for the payment to clear. Bought two Chronos units? Trade in two ghds and get R3,000 back.
