We recommend doubling the daily dosage to morning and evening for optimising results for at least the first 2 weeks. Thereafter, it is your choice whether to maintain at dosage recommended on packaging or sticking to the double dosage. The more collagen you can take, the better it will work for you however the recommended dosage of 2-3 teaspoons daily will still ensure great results.
Glow from Within is a 100% pure hydrolyzed collagen peptides which is soluble in and liquid: hot/cold and tasteless with a creamy texture.
